We the People - episode 98
Had my three-month check-up at the oral surgeon. Scan shows that the bone in my jaw is growing back well. I asked her if the chemo drug she packed the cavity with (for 24 hours) could have had a lasting effect on my immune system (since I keep getting sick with one thing and another). She said it wasn’t likely, but if this keeps up, I should talk to my GP about it.
Ladies and Gentlemen, the floor is yours!

Gary continues to miraculously improve, but slowly. Praying insurance will pay for enough rehab as this is going to take awhile. Told him yesterday if we had to go into debt to make sure he gets enough time in rehab we would. He didn't like that - but oh well - they can't rush his progress as his heart is just too dicky. I continue to be overwhelmed as I am trying to dismantle our home to prepare to sell since it is so tiny and not set up at all for serious disability - plus it is too far from services he is going to need. We built everything here from scratch 30 plus years ago, when we first got together, so it is like dismantling the story of us. Appropriate I guess since we are going to be new people gong forward. What a ride this guy is taking me on!
I can't get enough of World Cup fans coming here and cheering for the magnificence of our country. Twenty years of DNC/CNN propaganda has been blown to bits. Foreigners have more sense and gratitude than the slobbish segment of our society that does nothing but whine and complain and cheer for failure.
